eWallet insufficient funds

eWallet showing insufficient funds after I send it yesterday 13/10/2024 the money showed in the eWallet balance but only reflect eWallet send on 14/10/2024 have the proof this is the second time this is happening with a eWallet service and this is really unacceptable.I send 2 additional eWallets this morning but both went through without incident.
