EWallet - Incorrect Amount received at ATM ***.

I have been sent from pillar to post to try and resolve my EWallet query and to date still no joy. On the 03.10.2016 at 12:55 I went to withdraw my work petty cash from EWallet at Shell Ashley Motors ATM ATM ********** 8. I withdrew R3000 and immediately notice that there was a piece of a R200 note sticking out of the ATM, I then counted my cash and realised I was R400 short. I immediately called Mrs Sinclair and advised her of what happened and showed her the R200 note that was still stuck inside the ATM. I then managed to get the R200 note out of the ATM using my own person card and withdrew R100 and managed to pull the R200 out of the machine as well. I contacted FNB from there and so did Mrs Sinclair and we were both advised that I need to visit the nearest branch which I did. This is still not resolved, I have now requested the camera footage from Ashley Motors as I have been advised that the correct amount was dispensed to as this will clearly prove that I pulled 1 x R200 from the ATM after the money was dispensed. I personally also deal with FNB, but if this is the kind of service that FNB offers their customer I would rather close my account and go to a bank that would assist me with this matter. I do not see how it becomes my problem if the ATM gave me the incorrect amount, your call centre agent told me that somebody before me or after me could have received the extra R200. Still not my problem, and luckily for me I managed to get 1 x R200 note out otherwise I would have been R400 short. THERE SHOULD BE PROPER CONTROLS IN PLACE TO AVOID THINGS LIKE THIS FROM HAPPENING!!! I would really appreciate it if this could be resolved urgently and the R200 could refunded to the EWallet account.
