Ewallet ... horrible service & useless explanation

Good Day Team Ewallet or should I address you'll as Elite Ewallet Specialists!!!!

Why would I draw R250 if the amount was R300?

Does it make practical sense?

Kindly provide proof from the ATM.

Point is, the ATM didn't provide an option to draw R300, only R250 ... whose fault is that and why should I be charged.

I was basically "******" by fnb? And charged withdrawal fees!

Why do I bother to continue banking with FNB? Not only is your customer service useless, your agents baffel me as well!

There is ZERO efforts from FNB to enhance customer experience ... private banking is suppose to be for ease and convenience but youll make my experiences hell!!
