eWallet hollywood withdrawal

Hello. R3000 was sent to my number***)via eWallet hollywood. When I check my balance it is R0.00 I never withdrawn the money. When I check on my eWallet history using USSD*120*277#, the R3000 doesn't show that it was withdrawn. There is no negative sign on the R3000. I went to FNB they told me that the money was withdrawn in Pinetown(KZN). I never went to KZN before, I live in Cape Town. No one have access to my phone without me. If my money was withdrawn by someone else. I would like to know what number did they use to have access on my money? How did they have access on my eWallet account?
