Ewallet has issues with unnecessary *120*277# *130*277* numbers - pathetic

Ewallet has issues and I think as a bank that goes around telling people your a better bank it rather pathetic. On almost every occasion when a person ahs to send me an ewallet there is always an issue. Ive used ewallet 6 times in life and on 4 occasions Ive had the same issue, the sms dont come through and I cant access the funds. Its a mess everyone is sending me from pillar to post. its suppose to be a simple transaction, please at your competitors Standard bank Capitec their system is simple...Im now told that the ewallet dont send sms to telkom and cell numbers, what kind #@$ is that...if you cant send sms to those numbers then dont allow people to send ewallet to those numbers in the first place.
