eWallet funds held in the Easy Zero account

eWallet funds being held without any further info. I chose convenience of an account linked to my cellphone number for eWallet funds and I regret ever opening that Easy Zero account. My clients sent money through eWallet and it is being held in that account since August 2023 to date March 2024, without any further contact or resolution to whatever the problem might be.
