eWallet Funds blocked!!!!no one can assist me in the bank?
I have an eWallet with FNB I tried to access it on Wednesday i dialed*120*277# It shows that...YOUR REQUEST CANNOT BE PROCESSES AS ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY HAS BEEN BLOCK BY FNB AND THAT I SHOULD PHONE EWALLET SERVICES...I phone Thursday and was told that it takes 24hrs for ewallet to unblock...it's Saturday and it's still block...the advisor told me that i blocked myself out...which is a blatant lie...as i don't use any pin numbers for eWallet...this bank block my account not so long ago...this bank is really pathetic as i don't think people know what is going on in the bank...I'm so disappointed as i can't access my money and no one can assist me that's how bad they treat their customers...that was the last time i was using their eWallet services...as soon as it is unblocked I'll never ever use their services..

I'm waiting for this now for more then a week for these idiots to unblocked my damn ewallet i need my money.😡im so mad at these people who is just giving me the run around and never do **** about my damn money!
