e.wallet frustrated
From the 2nd of May up till now am unable to get a pin for my ewallet.. when i do use the ussd number *120*277 it says services unavailable.. someone told me to deal *120*277*4 and get a retail pin which i get but cant use as the spar no longer gives that.. at this point am beyond angry and this has cause much frustrated .. WHAT EARTH IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!
