Ewallet ***** not resolved

Good day FNB ref no RT ********** 4605 E van Coller my bank acc no ********** 6337 and id no ********** 011087

I'm writing this because I don't accept the answer that FNB ***** Division gave me. He (think his name is Ryan Govender) said that the number that was used for the ewallet transactions is somebody that know us. We don't know the person nor the telephone number. And definitely did not pay this person from my cell or computer. While he was talking to me to find out what happened he interupted the call and said he will call me back in a few minutes. Coming back to me he stated that he called the number I gave up and change the story to you must have transfered ewallet to the person because I (the bank) phoned and the person, said she know you. Who gave FNB the right to call someone give my details out to a stanger over a phone and then decide its my declaration (which was taken under outh at SAP) against somebody who neither me or any of my reletives or FNB know. Its easy to do that and I would have done that to if that is all needed to be done to get my ****** money back into my account. PS before we reported this to ***** division we called the ewallet number and the phone emidiately went on a message the number you called does not exist. So I don't believe that that number was called at all. To give me a result of not paying back the stollen money because of that is not acceptable at all. We went to our branch and to the police thereafter and the branch said there is no grounds for us not getting our money back. The case must be investigated from the bank side as well as mine. There is insurance from the bank side for our protection. How can someone who made 1 call and decide apon a lie that the case is closed and that we will not get our money back. Why will I call and stop my cards as well as internet banking. If I don't expect there is a problem.

If the bank is not going to assist me in whit this correctly we will take further steps. Because when I reported this everybody at the bank said dont worry you will receive your money back. Now because of this nonsense I cant pay my rent.

Please assist urgently

Erika van Coller
