Ewallet *****

Yesterday 11/10/20 I received an ewallet, I used some of it to buy data and I was left with R160 today 12/10/20 I dial *120*277# to withdraw the money is gone. I confirmed with the person that send the money, she didn't reverse it. So where did my money go???
