eWallet FNB profile blocked

I received a part time job in Eastern Cape and I am from Joburg. So my boss decided to send me an ewallet from FNB for the purpose of buying a bus ticket to Eastern Cape. However when I tried to withdraw my ewallet, the pin refused to accept, and my profile was blocked. I tried to call FNB and no one answered the call. I am not happy because its been 3 days now and my profile is still blocked, yet FNB is quiet.
