eWallet FNB

I received an eWallet transaction on Friday. I did not receive an OTP however when I dialled *120#, I was able to see that the funds had been sent. I now try to withdraw the amount on Tuesday (three days later) and I receive the following error message:

You do not have enough funds for this transaction sorry!

What is the point of eWallet if I cannot access the funds when I need them. Now I have to go to FNB, queue for hours and essentially waste my time to acquire my funds.
