Ewallet error

I received an ewallet from a friend. I tried to withdraw and it told me error, must wait for 24hours. Something about a pin being reset. I can't access my ewallet. When I dial *120*227# it shows a message on screen that I must wait for 24hours, but its been 6 days now. I have been to the branch and all they do is try dialing the same ussd as I am. Kindly assist as I need to purchase food and baby formula as a matter of urgency.
