Ewallet enquery

My friend did an ewallet for me at 11:46am.At around 12;25pm i tried to withdrew it but it kept on saying an error occured.I tried to reset pin it said i had R2.25.In which my friend did an ewallet of R2000.So i called the ewallet department the first consultant transferred me to ***** department.***** department transferred me to ewallet again.***** department advised me to asked to for the manager.I spoke to Randy who is a floor supervisor by your side,he said he was escalating me but he hung up the call after being on a call for mor than 30 minutes.I called again because this is R2000 we are talking about ,spoke to Nqobile (if not mistaken) and she took my names, email address and cellphone number saying that she will send the query for investigation.Nqobile out of all lazy bunch of fnb was the only person who i feeL that atleast she tried something.I'm sure you'll agree with me that R2000 is a lot of money and obviously i needed it urgently. As a supervisor how do you hang up a call on the customer. And doesn't FNB have ATM number and cameras to see who is withdrawing the money? cause i was told the money was withdrawn at 12:18am at irene village mall.i do not even know where that irene village mall is as i stay in Pimville and work at Randburg. The trace number for the ATM i was trying to withdraw at is VODS4JP9BHYD,COMP CODE:D061.Can someone Please who is knowledgeble with their job assist me.Nqobile gave me this reference number saying that they will do an investigation and it should be done in 14 days:455850.Can this be resolved urgently or i will cancel my account with FNB.You do know that you are not the only bank in south africa.
