Ewallet does not WORK, and I must still pay for it!

Ewallet service is useless. My driver was stuck without money at a petrol station on the 3rd of August, so I sent him an ewallet. Which to this day, the sms with the pin has not arrived.

After about 30 minutes we could not wait and I sent another ewallet to my phone. That pin did arrive. My driver drew the cash and went on his way. Now I am trying to get the initial fund back and FNB wants to charge me a R55 reversal fee.

You guys did not deliver, and I must pay for it!!!
