EWALLET DISAPPEARED

Am so frustrated with FNB right now, my brother sent me an ewallet on Sunday. It reflected on my account briefly when i tried to withdraw it it was no longer showing. I called FNB money was told its in pending and i thought ewallet is instant. Was told to check Tuesday same old notging only to be told the money is sitting on some easy one account which i cant access. My brother also cant reverse the funds. Have called the bank holding for hours noone cant help . This is pathetic. Please release the money or allow him to at least reverse it.
