Ewallet did not arrive

Hi FNB Team,

I would like to know the details of the following Reference Number: VODSYV5P922H. This was a R1000 transaction. It was supposed to be an Ewallet and apparently the money didn't arrive, or it did arrive and there is some misunderstanding. I want to know if the money was sent as an eWallet or if it went to Easy Zero account. I also want to know if the money was reversed or not. This money was sent to my aunt on the 28th December to this number: *** This matter is really urgent and i need to know. Let me know if you need more details
