EWallet ***** Case

Jonh Volmink an investigator at FNB, a useless individual, and the service from FNB unbelievable. I have a case of ***** and the case is assigned to John Volmink, no one at FNB has his details except an email address. I've been to maponya Mall branch and I couldn't get help except emailing him. I can't withdraw my money because my case is assigned to him and he's no where to be found. I've emailed and the help desk emailed him as well but still there no responses from him and FNB there's nothing they can do to help 😕
