(Ewallet blocked)Access to your money has been blocked by FNB

My number has been blocked for 3 weeks now *** I called fnb call centre they said the person who sent must unblock and they did call to unblock , ever since every day I get all kinds of stories, It's frustrating all consultants tell different stories I need help. Asap cause noone can send me ewallet at the moment
