ewallet blocked for years
my ewallet is blocked by someone I don't know .I went to FNB for help they told me to ask whoever that blocked my account which I don't know since they are not allowed to share such information...I was told to reactivate my account and I might be able to transfer my money into it from my ewallet and I did ,no one called me like they said they would I have about 4000 on my ewallet account and need the money but no one from my bank can assist me .I don't understand how does someone else have authority to block and unblock my money and not even a call from my bank.

08 Apr 2021, 10:37a consultant has called me back and told me exactly what I was told which doesn't help me get my money I really don't understand it because FNB has an option to reverse an ewallet if you need it back whoever that blocked it could have reversed it even though she did recieve her parcel it is ok so I can just get my money. I was told FNB will keep the money but how does that help me if they keep my money without me having to use it I really don't understand...please reverse that person's money and release the rest of my money please.
