Ewallet blocked by easy zero bull**** account

Absolutely disgusting, I got sent an eWallet and upon trying to withdraw I received errors only to go to the branch for them to tell me that my money is blocked by an easy zero account which I never even created, next thing they’re saying the block is because I need to update my fingerprints which are actually fine cause I just returned from an international trip , I really just want my money whatever happened to simple eWallet they using this easy zero bull**** in order to get people to create cards with them what a ****** joke
