Ewallet and FNB what an inconvenience absolute nightmare !
eWallet service is yet again a disappointment. I have recently received an ewallet transaction and have not been able to obtain a Pin it keeps telling me I have insufficient funds for the transaction.
I have been to the branch 5 times since last week with no joy!!!! apparently there is nothing that can be done.
I WANT MY MONEY, MONEY DUE TO ME NOT FNB!!!! I have been banking with FNB for years and now will close the account because of this situation that I cannot get any assistance for! and again I reiterate this is the second time!!!!
My time is being wasted everytime I go into the branch for help, time I do not have.

04 Sept 2019, 03:48What a load of BS!!!! I have been contacted by FNB who now blames my service provider for giving me an error when trying to retrieve the OTP for eWallet.
I have been told that there is NOTHING FNB can do to assist it is an issue with my Service Provider(Cell C)... IS THIS THE TYPE OF CARE YOU HAVE FOR YOUR CLIENTS AND THEIR FINANCIAL BEING?
This is R2500 that I am just supposed to accept FNB's response saying there is nothing they can do. What type of institution is this?

I was in no way helped all FNB did is shift the blame conveniently to Cell C!!!
eWallet is an FNB service not a cell c service!
I need a manager to call me and resolve this I WANT MY MONEY or I will now take this further.
