Ewallet

Hello Peter I have a bad experience with fnb. I was at an ATM here in Polokwane I wanted to withdraw ewallet 750rand and I managed to withdraw 550rand 200 went back inside the machine and it was stuck .I waited there for an hour and the machine went offline. I went the FNB at corner Landros and Thabo Mbeki and tell them what happened they gave me 24hours to review the claim .I went back and they said my claim was valid they will send my 200rand to my number. That was last year September till today I have been going back and forth to no avail. They always say they will send can you please help me
