EWALLET

I have sent ewallat transaction but the receipt did not get the money. I have tried all channels give by FNB, app service, secure chat, call center with all the numbers they provided with no success. Everytime I phone I am send from pillar to post. They can't even say if they can see if the money was withdrawn, where and when. All I they do is to cut the call or give the same number all over again. I have now spent more than 100 trying to phone the call center with no success.

The receipt sent me proof that the money did not reflect on her site I have sent to it to show them but still they are not helping.
