***** Ewallet 2nd review

So this is for the Second time I'm writing a review.....

So from the 6th of March when I added my first review on Hello peter till now still now one contacted me regarding my ewallet that got missing the 9 Dec 2024,or any confirmation that I will be receiving the funds back.

So from pillar to post I get told that they awaiting for the "OTHER" department to change the number on the system to the bank account it was link to....3 Months later and still saying the same excuses.

I keep on phoning in an they keep telling me the same story.

This is utterly madness and been going on for 3 months now and not even any further then we where the 6th of Jan when first reporting the incident.

Not Even escalating it to a manager to resolve this after I phoned in and asked for a manager from the ewallet fruad department to phone me so this can be resolved.
