Ewallet

My ewallet shows i have a negative balance of which it means i owe -R150 on ewallet, how is that even possible it is a pay-go account how can i owe it. I fail to understand i have been told that i will get assisted and still this is my 3rd review still there is no clarity how this occurs

I will write a review everyday i get a chance untill i have an explanation how can i owe an ewallet -R150 my balance is owing my -R150 gone.
