So I went to borrow some money from another loan shark here in lens.they gave me a black card and loaded R2500 on the card.whike leaving lens I then decided to go past the atm and withdraw R500.the machine gave me R500 and the rest was my pap geld money.the next day when I decided to go withdraw the rest to pay for my pap geld there was nothing .apparently the money was sent to another number I dont even know and the bank refuses to refund me .wat non sense.i did not authorize payment so how can they say the fault is with me .now I lodged a complaint it's been 12 days no call ir ni feedback.
