Ewallet

I am so disappointed with FNB, received an wallet I was unable to withdraw it as it says "easy account" is frozen and tried to go the nearest branch to get assistance and they told me about a long tedious process and I need that cash then and there. Tried downloading their app and tried to transfer the money, still pointless.
