ewaller is a fnb ****.

I cant believe that FNB can do this i send my self a ewaller to myslef about 2 weeks ago ,i went to withdraw the money at the southgate branch :ATM didn't give me my money ,it feel like this is a **** from FNB to take peopls money , I call the bank standing by the ATM but no help just a run around ,i send a msg on the fnb chat room on the app they give me 2 wrong numbers to call and still no help ,the next day at work i google the number they give me a reffrence number saying the money will be in my account in 24 hours still nothing pls can FNB give me my money its two weeks am still waiting for my money ,what bank is this ...Ref 490361
