Every time I sent someone money via e wallet,they always struggle to get the whole amount.For example I would sent R200 but when the person checks balance it will show R199...something available.Why is it reducing the amount because I have already paid for the transaction when sending?The people that I send money to are starting to be irritated by the service and I will also never use the service again in future if that's how it works.So now if I want to send someone R200.00 I should then send R250.00?I don't approve that!!!Also it will be ideal if all your ATMS could have all the Notes so that people can withdraw exactly the amounts that they need instead of conforming to the multiples that are enforced by the ATMS because they only carry R100 notes etc.I am getting disappointed by FNB.
