Everybody using FNB

I went to an FNB atm in Davenport yesterday and deposited money into the machine which was to go into landlords accounts. After the machine made the sound it usually makes when it counts cash, the machine swallowed the cash, gave me a slip saying 'transaction unsuccessful'. The security guard there said that I must come tomorrow he said that I “might” get my money back. I come in today and the tiller from fnb makes me fill out the form and told me the process might take 7working days and they have to take money out of the machine and make sure it balances is very unfortunate because my rent it’s due, the hole point of using the outside deposit it’s to speed the process I can’t wait for 7 days like seriously. Please sort this out FNB, you can’t be doing this ESPECIALLY to students who have to live on a budget. Like seriously
