Every other month i have a problem with this bank
<p>I was quoted for Life cover a month/2 back , i then called them to cancell the dreaded diseae cover as i only required life cover and the consultant told me they have technical problems and she will call me back with the new quote and she never did until they debited my account with R241, I then called to protest and asked for that policy to be cancelled because number 1 i was never given feedback concering my premium. They cancelled the policy and promised to refund my money, only for them to REVERSE R25.97.</p> <p>I am so angry its not even funny and mind you i'v been calling and using my airtime.</p>
