every agent has a different story

i called tru to FNB about a month ago and again yesterday for a settlement figure for my bond.
during that call, i was told i can either pay the lawyer directly or i can pay FNB,
when i get the settlement figure amount, i notice it stated at the bottom, this amount does not include a +-R3000 for lawyers etc which relates to my statement above.

why not give one settlement figure including the R3000 and refund what ever is left over after the closure?

today when i called, Yvette tells me i short paid.
my intention is to sort out the lawyer when they called as the agent previously stated.
So i ask for a manager, strangely enough all managers are in a meeting. how is that every time i need to speak to one?
she stated that a manger will call by COB today STILL WAITING, please go back and listen to my fuming conversation and her not professional enough to handle it.

you guys have so many well trained call agents there that iv dealt with for years since i got my bond.
today i get to end this on a bitter note due to in-ablilty to communicated either internally or to the customer.

im extremely disappointed in this matter,
No confidence as to why my next bond should be with FNB
