Ever tried changing your e-mail address at FNB?

Shame on you FNB. Since beginning of March I tried changing my e-mail address. So finally last week it was all done (the FNB internet login was still sent to the old e-mail address). So I thought....

Imagine me getting an e-mail to my old e-mail address to rate the service....

But that is not all, imagine my surprise to get an e-mail notification (also to my old e-mail address) when I purchased something on eBucks (I also changed it there).

I am just sickened by this!
