Even worse service

I complained about the service in the secure chat. RB JACOBS rep**** on face book and when i asked him about another matter the idiot refers me back to the place that I had the complaint about in the first place. SERIOUSLY and it takes fnb forever to reply. The service sucks. After being a client for 24 years i belive i do deserve bette4 service
