Even FNB Management is a disappointment.

Silindile Hlongwa (a so called Divisional Manager of my Private Banker) has called me more than a week ago and committed to resolve a query that has been dragging for more than a month. To date she has not made any attempt what so ever to give me any feedback on my query. I wish FNB can just provide the service that I am paying for as a Private Banking Customer. It is truly shameful that even FNB Management does not respect their customers anymore.
