Even Business Banking Sucks
Tried opening an FNB business account. Completed the process via call centre and submitted the docs. Days went by, no communication. I decided to go with a different bank instead.
Now the account I tried to open is on hold, and I can't get it closed. I have no information on the account, not even an account number.
