Even after being promised a call to resolve my issue when I first complained on hellopeter. They still dont care or respond.

I am beyond disgusted that still no one has contacted me regarding my issue even after being promised I would when I lodged my initial complaint on hello peter website. And when I call no one can put me through to the people to help. they only say it will be esculated
