Evaton mall FNB deposit system terrible

I do not understand FNB Evaton mall service The Queues outside at the ATM's are too long and inside the tellers have no queues When I tried to bank inside, the person who issues tickets said d I should go outside and deposit at the ATM The ATM queues are abnormally long and the security guard who control the queues outside allows people who work at the mall jump the queue I have 2 questions: Are the Evaton mall staff preferred clients of FNB?
