Estates payment

End of January 2020 I submitted the documents for my late father at Polokwane FNB and still till to date there's no progress, I always have to be the one calling and the answer is they're waiting for Masters court Polokwane. My father had a last will and testament with FNB and used it when he was working till his pension date, hence he trusted the bank that his wish will be done as mentioned on his last will and testament.
