ESTATE REPORTING - JOHANNA P DE NECKER - Case number - CN***

My Mom passed away in March and it has been a struggle to get information from FNB, (ESTATE REPORTING - JOHANNA P DE NECKER - Case number - CN***) we eventually discovered that there should be a Joined will with FNB. I was contacted by Tammy Green from FNB Deceased Estates to get the process going, I completed the documents and when I retuned them for verification on the 4th of April she was on leave until the 11th. I resent the mail on the 12th and received a out office until the 13th, on the 19th I resent and got yet another mail stating out of office until the 25th. On the 26th I sent yet another mail requesting someone from the department to verify the documents so that the originals can be collected but NO ONE responded. This is VERY bad service especially under these circumstances. we need action to be taken urgently as we cannot do anything until the estate has been registered. hopefully this does not take years.
