Estate process takes forever

The worst bank to have a will with, they promise lies, they don't keep you updated they change personnel/staff that are handling your case without informing you, Natasja Roodts is unreachable a whole manager at that, I have gotten automated response that they will contact me until today. Dependents who waiting for their feedback cant pay fees due to FNB Estate division is not doing their job. The Estate is now handled by the 4th person as all the orders have resigned. It's a mess dont have a WILL with them it's a nightmare
