Estate Late: S.H. Swanepoel

I have been trying now since 24 June 2026 to get information out of Fnb pertaining to account(s) of a deceased person. Despite having followed up twice with them I have still not received any positive response, besides their usual Auto Response - I only have a reference number UCN***8. They are not deceased like the clients whose affairs we work with. We can't they like everyone else, respond within a REASONABLE PERIOD OF TIME???????
