Estate Late Money

My grand father passed away I June. He had money with Fnb and now the estate has been finalized. FNB FIDUCIARY is refusing to release the money to the estate account.We have send follow up emails but they are not responding. The last contact we had was with Saleke Marole about two weeks ago.I feel this is so wrong of the bank to take time to release the money and again the do not communicate at all.This is the bad service I have seen.
