Estate Late - M. Wilgen/Audio Geometry (Pty) Ltd

It has been for more than 1 month now that I have been trying to get Fnb to close a business bank account in an Estate Late matter. They kept quiet and did nothing and only after I reported them on Hello Peter they suddenly decided to respond. It has now been a further 2 weeks and still nothing has happened. I have followed up 3 times again and each time I get told that their forensic department are still investigating the matter. Are they that pathetic, surely they should have all their FICA up-to-date and they should've been able to verify everything within 24 hours, not 480 hours and still counting!!!!!!!!
