Estate Late delay....from FNB

I can't believe I'm having to write a complaint about FNB and my issue is only getting worse and not getting any answer being send from pillar to post......This is so incredibly disappointing and is such a waste of time.

For over 3 months my siblings and I kept on requesting outcome on my late dad's estate filled in December. This matter is taking us back to grieving my dad. We would appreciate if we can get information at least on the status for the above in order for us to know not a silence treatment.

This is a horrible service I have ever experience.......
