Estate Late C. Michie

I reported a deceased Estate matter to them on 29/07/2026 and have still not received any response from them. I escalated the matter to their complaints department (***) and have not received any response from them either. Is this how much they "care" about clients if their care/complaints department do not even bother to respond.
