Estate late account

I opened an estate late account in July for an old mutual funeral policy for my uncles burial and I was appointed a executor by the master of high court. We were told after opening the account we will be able to use the money to bury my uncle, however it was blocked and we ended up borrowing money to cover the funeral. We went back to FNB requesting as to why the account was block and we received no tangible answers, on the 7 of August we were then told after numerous times going back to the branch with no answers that there was an update on the letter of of authority which we then submitted immediately and called in to have that email attached to the case, again after numerous calls and branch visits, we are still unable to access the funds to pay back the debt made from burying my uncle. Had we known that FBN was going to make us suffer even more after losing my uncle, we would have used another bank.
