Estate late

My dad passed away in 2020 ihave been struggling with FNB for investment payout that may dad took out with them. I am being sent from pillar to post. They keep in asking me about doc's that I have sent already. No update or anyone telling me reason for hold up. I have now sent email to the ombudsman to intervene. Anyone else that can assist me in this regard. Plz feel free
