Estate late

I have bden trying to open an estate late account. The ID book of the deceased was lost and I presente a valid passport of the deceased. According to the branch in Newcastle a passport is not a valid identification document and I had to again go to home affairs to pay for a birth certificate of the deceased ( this does not make sense). I went back to the branch and it took 2 hours for Lavina Moodley to open the estate late account. But now I can not pay the beneficiaries; as I am unable do any transfers from this account. And I had to deposit R600.00 into this Account in order to activate the account. I am an FNB customer but still they are unable help me add the account to my current internet profile. I need to transfer the money from the estate account to the beneficiaries..cheque will not work.. who uses and accepts cheques in these times? Fnb estate department has to improve.. what I do not understand, is previously I could make transfers from the estate account without any problems..but now I have an accoing which I can not use.. please provide solutions, as a cheque book ( which I have to pay for will not work)
